The first charge was for $1.00 in November, and I am now seeing two additional monthly charges for 16.99 each. I may have booked a hotel room for work around the time of this membership starting, but this was not used to discount my purchase, it had to have been tacked onto the sale without my knowledge.

I emailed this company and said I no longer wanted their service and needed for them to stop billing me. I got a confirmation saying my account was no longer active. So why are they still taking money out of my account?
