I initially signed up for this. They got my name wrong. I called and told them that I couldn't even use the card with the wrong name. They said that it is correct in their system, so should work. I said that I would like to cancel the membership. When I looked at my credit card bill, I found that they were double charging me. It still does not appear to be canceled, and I can't even log into the site to cancel. I have never even used the service, but am still being charged.
