Hi, I called the company and basically turned into a demon. I told them I didn't authorize this charge. The lady insisted I signed up when I bought something online. I told her I had no knowledge of this. She tried to offer a $100 gift card and a FRREE one-month membership. I said no and I want my money back; I am a broke college student. So she said I would get it in 1 to 7 business days AND gave me a cancellation code. I even got her name. I will truly turn into a monster if I don't get my money back in that time.
