I have no idea what this charge is. I have never been charged this before. I have no memory of agreeing to on star services that would charge me money. I have no memory of providing on star with my bank or billing information since I did not subscribe to services beyond the free 6 month trial when I purchased my new car in June 2011. Please refund this amount and discontinue any service you think I agreed to, which I never did.

I was not asked about charging my account. Also not sure how they got my bank account information because I have never given it to anyone.
