A most unscrupulous company. Outside of its lengthy terms and conditions, this company NEVER made it clear that it was subscription based and I have been charged monthly for the past 4 months.

I tried calling the said # via my Skype service. I got customer service people to answer me twice but they cannot hear me . Normally my Skype service works fine. My microphone is not muted so it should work just fine. Is this a trick on the customer service end to prevent me from reversing the charges?

I was charged twice for U$69.95 and I never got any services or goods. I do not recognise this charge nor do I want it. I am disputing this charge with my credit card provider.

Go to pua-pay.com. There is a contact number 1-855-696-1379. Call it. They will refund your last month subscription charge and cancel your subscription.

I purchased materials online on January 1, 2013. While I authorized a ONE TIME charge, the merchant has repeated the charge on or around the 15th of every month through May for a total of five unauthorized charges.

Please cease these unauthorized charges. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. If it continues, I shall persist in disputing the charges and consider legal action as necessary.
