the number that comes up on my statement is 1-855-226-7046. I just noticed since I took over my husbands bills that this charge has been going on for 4 months now. I am definitely calling today to get a refund

This is the phone number to have it stopped and refunded all charges. I to have just seen charges pyramid is a scam company they actually sign you up and if you don't catch it charges start. Here's the. Umber 1-855-226-7056

I have ordered from them in the past. No problem. My husband ordered a xmas gift for me in December and since then they are charging me the $14.95 per month and they say he authorized this. No Way! They are a scam!!!

I have been repeatedly charged by Catalog Favorites for $14.95 per month over a period of 5 months from Jan through May 2015. This appeared on my Amex Statement which I just noticed after an extensive international travel.
I am demanding a refund from this merchant, and will be reporting this complaint to Better Business Bureau and other consumer agencies if they refuse to comply. I will never purchase anything again from Favorites Catalog which I consider to be doing bad and unfair business practice.

I called them and asked about the charges I rec'd. The young man said he would reverse the charges for me after I told him I contacted my bank concerning the charges. I was surprised at that. I bank with Wells Fargo and they would have back charged them any way.

I called the company because I have VIP charges on my credit card statement, too. They're claiming that, at checkout, I was offered a VIP membership for 30 days free, after which time I would be charged $14.95 every month. I have no memory of signing up for anything of the sort, but the woman I spoke to told me I definitely did or she wouldn't be seeing my information, and refused to reimburse me for the charges. I won't be ordering from Pyramid Collection again.

This happened to me too. I didn't know about a vip membership and i didn't agree to any kind of memberships. I ordered a necklace just one time than every month after that i was being charged a vip membership on my credit card. Found out four months later that they were charging my card for a vip membership without my consent.

This company has been Billing me for a VIP MEMBERSHIP. Which is not listed in their catalog or in paperwork sent the my onetime order from them in November. I have charges for this beginning 12/18/2013, again 01/17/2014 and this is the third. I would like all these charges refunded to my account and this "VIP MEMBERSHIP" stopped. Hopefully this will stop the charges.

I have been charged $12.97 on my debit card since 2/13/2013. I haven ot authorized this charge and want it refunded and stopped. I ordered from "Catalog Favorites" for Christmas gifts and now am being charged for being a member of some VIP Club. I will not be ordering from Catalog Favorites or any of their other companies ever again!
