I called the company because I have VIP charges on my credit card statement, too. They're claiming that, at checkout, I was offered a VIP membership for 30 days free, after which time I would be charged $14.95 every month. I have no memory of signing up for anything of the sort, but the woman I spoke to told me I definitely did or she wouldn't be seeing my information, and refused to reimburse me for the charges. I won't be ordering from Pyramid Collection again.

I called them and asked about the charges I rec'd. The young man said he would reverse the charges for me after I told him I contacted my bank concerning the charges. I was surprised at that. I bank with Wells Fargo and they would have back charged them any way.

This company has been Billing me for a VIP MEMBERSHIP. Which is not listed in their catalog or in paperwork sent the my onetime order from them in November. I have charges for this beginning 12/18/2013, again 01/17/2014 and this is the third. I would like all these charges refunded to my account and this "VIP MEMBERSHIP" stopped. Hopefully this will stop the charges.

This happened to me too. I didn't know about a vip membership and i didn't agree to any kind of memberships. I ordered a necklace just one time than every month after that i was being charged a vip membership on my credit card. Found out four months later that they were charging my card for a vip membership without my consent.

I have been charged $12.97 on my debit card since 2/13/2013. I haven ot authorized this charge and want it refunded and stopped. I ordered from "Catalog Favorites" for Christmas gifts and now am being charged for being a member of some VIP Club. I will not be ordering from Catalog Favorites or any of their other companies ever again!

The only information I'll pass on, after reading all the other complaints, is that I'll be reporting this practice to every state's attorney general as well as all consumer protection law enforcement agencies, local and federal.

This company knows they are fraudulently getting customers to "sign up" for this thievery. If they didn't we wouldn't all be here complaining about these recurring charges. They stole three months of "membership fees" from me.

Catalog Favorites obviously has a shady practice of tagging this "VIP membership" charge onto its customers without their knowledge judging by the number of complaints about it online. I never intentionally joined anything requiring a monthly charge. Shame on me for not noticing the first month they stole $12.97 from me. They may have managed to legally steal $38.91 (three separate monthly payments) from me but I will ensure nobody I know ever uses their fraudulent business again, which will cost them significantly more than what they got out of me. I will also be submitting a BBB complaint unless they choose to do the right thing. They know very well that customers aren't intentionally signing up for their "VIP" membership.

Ordered items for Christmas and just now realized they have placed a "Recurring Purchase" charge of $12.97 on my charge. Am in dispute but not optimystic. Only way is to have my bank charge back, then once they realize bank will not accept charges they will quit. What a scam! Just lost a customer.

I purchased on line...I did not realize I was joining a VIP club and they would charge me. Called and was told there was nothing they could do. I will not do business with this company and will tell my contacts about my experience. Hope they enjoyed ripping me off for 12.97.

Just got off the phone with catalog favorites. I have been charged 11.95 for one year and did not notice the charge until I wasn't using the card anymore. Catalog Favorites has a new owner starting Oct of 2012. That is way they could not see the charges prior to Oct 2012 on my discover card. After much conversation, they will contact me in 24-48 hours with reimbursement information. Like all of you, I did not authorize this payment as I have only ordered a few things from this company. I guess this will be the last time I order from them. Maybe new ownership is a telling sign. Look at the phone number attached to the charge. CALL IT Or ask for customer service. Research your information and be sure you have not been charger prior to Oct of 12. The number too cal is 855-226-7056. PS always paid shipping that I know of.

I placed an order with Catalog Favorites in October. The charge included shipping. I have since received a charge for $12.97 on Nov. 26, Jan. 7 and Jan. 24. I have never signed up for Catalog Favorites VIP Club and want reimbursement for these charges totaling $38.91.

I was charged 12.97 on 1/9/2013 and 1/26/2013 for a VIP membership. I did not sign up for it. They did refund the second charge, but still have not refunded the 1/9 charge. They we not authorized to make any charges to my Visa after the 11/28/2012 charge.

I have an unknown charge on my account from this retailer. I made a purchase in December but did not sign up for anything. I have no idea if this is a subscription or something else but I would like it resolved. My budget is tight so when on 1-21-13 I got a charge posted I was worried.
