I signed up for this to avail of a $5 rebate on something I ordered from a merchant site (half.com by eBay). I read the entire sign up page pretty well and there was no clear information that I would be billed monthly.

Since I signed up in September 2015, I have been charged a monthly $12.97 charge for no reasonable cause. Sometime in December I received the $5 rebate that I originally signed up for. Not only did that come after 3 months of continuous billing cycles, but I don’t see why I am still being billed two months after that as well.

I searched for help online to opt-out of this monthly billing cycle I seemed to have signed myself up for, but there was none to be found. Too many blogs held people complaining about being tricked into signing up for the same billing cycle that I signed up for, and receiving unaccounted-for monthly charges.

The site was misleading and there is no easy way to opt-out of this. freeshipping.com should refund my money.
