Requested a refund for a faulty service. Was told the funds would be refunded in 24 hours and it hasn't.
Sent me a replacement printer an I sent the old one back
I was awaiting a call back on laptop warranty. The hard drive I was sent didn't work because of potential motherboard failure. 2 HP reps said they'd have warranty dept call me back but didn't. Now I'm being charged for the hard drive.
Where is my full refund? I've waited 3 months. Your return policy said I may return the printer if I was'nt satisfied within 5 days, I would get a full refund.I did not order the printer that was sent. FedX delivered it one day and picked it up the next day.I received 20.33 on the 13th of September as a credit.What is going on?.
