Signed up to take advantage of the first three months free credit report. Since I opened over 4 months ago I was never notified or asked if I wanted to continue the service at a charge.

Now I have been trying to cancel, but I can't seem to do it through their website; when I call it's either busy or they have closed.

I would like to cancel the apparent subscription and preferably receive a refund for the the months I haven't used/logged on.
