Contact the credit card or bank and file for a fraudulent charge on your account. It is the only way the charges will stop happening. While doing that, ask for a replacement card so that they are no longer have an active account number to charge.

I've called multiple times to get this canceled - it was an error charging my card. I have MOT received the product either I just so not want to be charged for anything else in the future.

been having problems with them about to stop charging me when I've already canceled with them 2 months ago. plus I had to argue to a rep. on Sunday because of the same ordeal. now I'm very upset that it is happening again.
