I paid for a "30 day free trial" for $59 in June. In less than 30 days, my account was charged twice on the same day, July 5, once for $59 and once for $41. I called, and after almost a 1 hr. and 45 min wait, I let them have it. They tried their best to bully me. In the end, they agreed to refund everything. To my horror, I checked my account an hour ago, and they had charged an addition $18. I then called my bank and agreed to let them handle it from here. I don't know how these companies get away with this.

When I asked to have this product sent to me , it was under the assumption that it was a trial offer that I could continue to receive if the product was to my liking. After discussion with my doctor, who advised me not to use it, I called annd was given advice on how to return the product., This was done -at significant cost to me -and now I see on my VISA bill that your company has charged me for the product. I want this charge reversed on my VISA immediately and my name removed from any product lists. I do not want any more of your products and I demand a refund!

As noted by others I thought this was a trial and now am getting $79.95 bills on my card and when I called re this was told that I would receive another such bill again on the next run. ALL I WANT TO DO IS STOP THIS BECAUSE I CANNOT USE IT AND AM QUITE TIRED OF PAYING FOR THINGS I DO NOT ORDER OR CANNOT USE. PLEAS!!! CANCEL ANYTHING WITH MY NAME ON IT AND DO NOT CHARGE ME AGAIN! Thank you. ....you have all the rest!
p.s. when I asked the "gentlelman" to lower his voice he began shouting. BAD business! and then he told me I would get yet another bill..WOW
again

I have been charged $7.95 on 11/15/2012 and another charge appeared on 11/21/2012 for $79.95. I ONLY wanted to sample the product and I called and cancelled the order when my credit card bill came in. However, the $79.85 charge still remains on my bill. Can you please check and make sure that I am taken off the mailing list and that my account has been cleared up.

ACM*KERANIQUE SAID ON A PHONE ORDER AND ON THIER "ONLINE ADVERTISING" THEY WOULD CHARGE OUR CREDIT CARD ONLY $ 6.99 FOR THE INITIAL 30 DAYS OF PRODUCT! BUT ON OUR CREDIT CARD ON-LINE STATEMENT THE VERY NEXT DAY SHOWED THEY CHARGED $165.85 !!!

I sent for their sample and they started charging me for the product. I sent the product back as soon as I saw they were going to start charging me and they sent me a double amount with two separate billings. All product has been sent back and I want the charge off my account. The charge is showing as pending so I cannot fill in the date of purchase.

this start with a free trail offer. i just agree to try the product before to see if this product will be good to my needs and i authorized them to be paid with my debt visa the $ 3.95 for ship , but they have been taking$ 79.95 (unauthorized) every month since 9/9/12. i need to stop them to taking money from my account an send me back what they took .

This was a sample order for about $3.95. At no time did I agree to any further charges.
I received a box full of products. I have not used any of them. I can return them intact. My account has been charged with $79.95. It has been taken out of the account which charged me the $3.95
