can i have the number where i can call them? i sign up for it and they ask me for my credit card i and did not know they were going to charge me 99 dollars and i did not even know about it. i talk to contact them but they do not answer.

I recentely canceled zbiddy, All I did was went on the website and there is a box( Chat) at the corner of the screen and tell them to cancel , and give email used and poof deleted . Just say ur kid accidentely made the account. I did it.

I am also a victim of ZBiddy. I have gone through the proper channels to get my $99.00 returned to no avail. Is there an honest lawyer out there willing to put together a class action suite?

IT'S TIME FOLKS TO GET A FED LAWYER AND GROUP ALL THESE ILLEGAL UNAUTHORIZED BILLINGS AND P ROSECUTE THIS COMPANY!!! COME ON PEOPLE....HOW MANY POSTS DO WE NEED T O SHUT THESE PEOPLE DOWN!!! Charged my account and when I tried contacting them about two hours after the charge they argued with me for about an hour and a half before FINALLY agreeing to give me my money back. Scam company!!!

I had the same thing happen, I purchased a $5 gift check for KFC for 0.01 and never received it or anything about it. I have emailed them twice and have not gotten a response. I also went thru unlockyourluck and somehow my credit Card statement says zbiddy.com

I did sign up for this before I checked it out more thoroughly. since it is only a nickel , I'll let it go. There is one more I bid on that will show up also for 2.49 and 37 cents which I am aware of. I plan on canceling that acct asap! THANK YOU!

Zbiddy never response, as of today I'm still trying to contact but no response
8/19/13, I received email, printed registration voucher
8/21/13, I follow the instruction and sent in my 1'st registration
9/24/13, I sent email to Zbiddy, asking for status but never receive any response
09/29/13, I sent a second email to Zbiddy, but no response
10/1/13, I called 1877-403-6981, Sheila Reyes told me she'll send new email with in 5 business days
10/10/13, I received 2'nd email, printed and mailed to Zbiddy Gas Rewards Redemption Center 434 S Military Trail Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
10/28/13, I called 1-877-403-6981, Sheila Reyes answered call and told me to wait, email will be sent to me within a week
11/15/13, I called, Dana emp #118, took my address ( **** 06066) and said she'll mail out Gas voucher 3-5 business days, but I never received it. ZBiddy never response

I was not aware that I had to pay for bids, only thaught I had to pay for the products that I won the bids on. I payed 99 dollars on my credit card, I saw it on my bank statement.I am very disappointed with this. Can anyone cancel my account, pleas take me off your list. Its stupid to pay for something I didnt receive. ,Ann Jenness

I also went onto this site and they took 99.00 from my account so fast that I could not believe it. I did not authorize the charge and I email them back and did not receive a responds back at all. I am convinced that all of these people should come together and file a major law suite against crooks like this.
