I recentely canceled zbiddy, All I did was went on the website and there is a box( Chat) at the corner of the screen and tell them to cancel , and give email used and poof deleted . Just say ur kid accidentely made the account. I did it.

8/19/13, I received email, printed registration voucher
8/21/13, I follow the instruction and sent in my 1'st registration
9/24/13, I sent email to Zbiddy, asking for status but never receive any response
09/29/13, I sent a second email to Zbiddy, but no response
10/1/13, I called 1877-403-6981, Sheila Reyes told me she'll send new email with in 5 business days
10/10/13, I received 2'nd email, printed and mailed to Zbiddy Gas Rewards Redemption Center 434 S Military Trail Deerfield Beach, FL 33442
10/28/13, I called 1-877-403-6981, Sheila Reyes answered call and told me to wait, email will be sent to me within a week
11/15/13, I called, Dana emp #118, took my address ( **** 06066) and said she'll mail out Gas voucher 3-5 business days, but I never received it. ZBiddy never response

I went to the website & was directed to "register for free" Well come to find out when I was done registering, I had paid $99.00 for bids. I e-mailed customer service right away; away for a refund & to close the account & did not get a response.

I was not aware that I had to pay for bids, only thaught I had to pay for the products that I won the bids on. I payed 99 dollars on my credit card, I saw it on my bank statement.I am very disappointed with this. Can anyone cancel my account, pleas take me off your list. I have unauthorized charges as well. I wish someone would contact me to get my money back. I don't feel comfortable giving BillGuard my debit card information since Zbiddy already has it and illegally charged my account. BillGuard should be able to get it from them if they are indeed legit!

I had the same thing happen, I purchased a $5 gift check for KFC for 0.01 and never received it or anything about it. I have emailed them twice and have not gotten a response. I also went thru unlockyourluck and somehow my credit Card statement says zbiddy.com

They say that I authporized a 30 dollar charge when i tried to pay for wal mart card I got with my "free" bid. As someone low on money I liked this, next thing I know they charge 30 dollars without any review page or anything. I want a refund for this, and I want all of my information taken away from the company.

zbiddy charged my visa cc $99.00 for an order for bids that I did not order. Not at all! I like the auction idea but I don't like zbiddy charging my Visa card without my authorization! I suspect zbiddy's fraudulent $99.00 charge but only time will tell.

On 8/12/13, I clicked on the zbiddy site and registered with my info and credit card info. They had my debit card deducted for $99.00 before I could even print out a copy of their information. I immediately sent them an email requesting a refund because I thought I was just giving them info to register. I received no answer and finally, I sent them an email stating what I would do if I did not receive a refund by 8:00 that night. Naturally, I received no answer. Two days after that, I went to my bank to dispute the transaction. I was given a phone number (which is on the back of the debit card) to call. I made the call, explained the situation and the $99.00 was restored to my account. I was told that they would investigate the transaction and that it could take 90 to 120 days. My original $99.00 was free to use but if their investigation did not pan out, I would be charged the $99.00 back in my account. My threats to zbiddy were that I would go to my bank to make a complaint; also, that I would make a posting on my social media sites--FACEEBOOK, TWITTER, AND LINKED IN. I AM NOT DONE YET WITH POSTING BAD REVIEWS about ZBIDDY. maybe, we should all band together and take like actions. Furthermore, it would be advisable to check out each website thru Google or other Fraud and Scam websites. There are many of these sites available. I am sick and tired of these unscrupulous marketers and their dishonesty.

my name is Kady. I got the same exactly problem like you have gotten with zbiddy back in may 28, 2013. in august 29, my credit card company send me a letter saying that they can't help me unless I provide cancellation # to prove that I cancel membership. I can't provide email with cancellation #. It's been three month since the problem happening.now I have to pay $99.00 credit card company. zbiddy is scam website. please watch out.

Hi Franklin and Kady.. I have the same problem, they charged me 99.00 before so I called the bank right away so they helped me and after few days I had a full refund, but now I see that they charged me again without reason, i don't use their web site at all,and now I think that the bank won't help me they told me that I have to call or e-mail them.But I know that there is no chance to answer me because they didn't answer on my e-mail last time,and I could find any number to call them. Do you have any advice what to do now?

Yes - you can complain in writing, to your credit card bank and/or disassociate yourself from Zbiddy entirely!
Apparently zbiddy does these unauthorized charges to unwary customers.
Charge their highway robbery to experience - it's a dishonest charges merchant!

When I went to merely register on your site because that was the options given...instead you charged me a purchase fee which I NEVER agreed to. So you misled me as well as many other folks out there who are trying to make in this economy. You are ripping folks off and my 4 this one is 5 emails have gone unanswered. If you are not a scam then CONTACT me and the others to show good faith. Otherwise your name will be dragged through the dirt and the FEDS will come knockinig. "The only thing a lie does is bite you on the ass later!" That is exactly what you are doing to millions of honest folks. Have some integrity

Yes - apparently zbiddy makes these unauthorized charges to all it's new unwary customers as a standard procedure - it is unlawfull and it will be stopped, eventualy?
I am making a copy of all these fraudulent charge complains and asking for a refund at my Visa cc bank.

As of 6/28/2013 at 2;27am ,2;29am,and 2;30am i was charged 3 times each minute 101.97$ for just giving my info on zbiddy.com.In never gave approval to take those charges out not once but three times in 3 minutes.I have no idea where my money went or what it was used for.During the billing info the site told me the address was incorrect so i tried to put my address again to verify and it denied me .that is the only info I can think of duplicating over.I had to go to the bank and withdrawl the rest of the funds i had .I couldnt risk losing it all.I tried to call zbiddy and they were closed it happend on a friday so i had no way of talking to a customer service or get a refund .Im a single parent and these charges were never given my approval.I never bid nor do I know where my money to and why I was charged three times in 3 minutes .I I now have 14.00 in my account now i had 600.I would like the merchant zbiddy to give me my money back before I start calling a lawyer I feel that zbiddy has no rights to take my money without my permission.Thank You,

When I called to dispute the $99 charge, as all of you have, the customer service rep said they would not issue a refund but would send a $100 gas card. To validate the $10 individual refunds you have to follow very exacting rules, jump through many hoops, and submit within a few days of receipt of refund coupon. I received two $10 refunds but then zbiddy stopped corresponding with me. I wonder why. Oh well what the hell Live and learn At least it was not $500 or $1000 or more.
