I bought the expansion played for 1 day and then decided to return the product for being unsatisfied, they refunded the price for the expansion but this is the monthly service charge, I should not be charged for a month of service if I only used one day and returned the product , and I informed the customer care rep over chat which I have saved that I wanted the service charge refunded and he promised it would be.

This was supposed to be a one month payment a long time ago. Did not know it was recurring. Have not played the game since the first month and didn't even know I was being charged this every month.

they won't talk to me. they keep saying I need to give them a username. if i knew one I would give it to them. some asshole stole this card info and blizzard keeps charging me.
